at 4weeks for an autoflower. it stayed to wet or to many environmental factors. plus never use clear cups. roots need darkness. I personally think you need a restart. but if auto, plant in final pot from the get go. don't over water. keep in large enough pot as not to trigger flower by roots hitting bottom. even if roots hit bottom in original cup. then it ruined it.
