Hi😊 I see u using spider Farmer SF-4000 dimmable light. Can you give me recommendations on height and dim% fore seeds/seedlings /veg and flower? I have 120cmx120cm×200cm tent. Please 🙏

@Odin9, I haven’t made it to flower yet. But for my seedlings I ran the light at roughly half height of the tent on 40-50%. Veg has been around 36-40” above the plant canopy at 100%. Now I’m currently running about 24” above the canopy at 100% in veg. I’m mostly just playing with the light and learning it. If I could go back and start over I’d probably run something like this. Germ/seedling 36” @ 25/30% early veg 24” @45/50%, late veg 18-24” @100% then make adjustments for flowering.
