You need to move your plants indoors and put them on a 18/6 light schedule ASAP. The same thing happened with my Afghani Original. I had it outdoors, but there wasn't any sufficient light and it almost looked like yours does now. After I moved it indoors it took 2 weeks to be healed and then was growing normally.

ebay advance nutrients ph perfect they do a sample pack micro grow bloom for 12 quid it will help a lot dont need to worry about ph look at my grows i have just cut a bcn auto and still have 2 will update soon try some neem oil in a spray bottle will help with bugs i think you stunted her by bringing her indoors then back out should of just left them in your window for a week or 2 then put out or even better start indoors with cfl/hps like me then move outside but good luck will follow
