I wouldn’t use any nutes until week 2-3 and then when you do introduce them I would do a fraction maybe 1/3 or 1/2 of what is recommended. What are your Day/night temps and RH levels? This seems odd to keep having those same issues. To me it seems like too many nutes but you said you tried without also? Keep it simple, less is more. I put my finger about a half inch down to determine when to water, if the medium is wet or even moist below the surface you do not need to water, Good luck!
