@Aron91
, I believe you have been misinformed on supercropping. It is only needed in drastic situations where you run out of room. Since you are outdoors you have plenty of room to spread the plant out. The goal on hard training is to keep the plant growing outward rather than up from the beginning of training. That way all those lower branches grow up rather than just staying small. Supercropping can be stressful and since you have room you should do a long bend out as wide as you can to keep all of the branches as flat as possible. From the look of your branch structure it appears that you were on the right track spreading them out in the beginning of training. You should have just kept pulling them down every couple of days to keep them as low as possible. I personally would have topped them a second time. Hope that helps for future grow. As of now on this one I would not supercrop it anymore. Just take the whole branch and spread it out the best you can. That will give you a better yield. Basically the higher on the plant a budsite is the bigger and better the bud will end up. So if you can keep all the branches low then most the buds will be close to the top. Hope that makes sense.

, so far so good. When I first saw the yellow spots 3 weeks ago i trimmed off a lot of leaves... thought it may have stunted growth a bit but shes now growing everyday.
