Not ready for flush yet. Your temp and humidity are out of wack. Temp a bit high humidity too low. This is causing slow growth. Stomata will close at these settings. Try for something like 82* and 45% humidity at this stage of growth. Extend your lights on to 18 hours. I think you should take the light up a bit as well. 18" is to close for an hid and is stressing the plants a bit. Try 24" then go to 28." This is all my opinion and experience.
