@Psilocubensis, Ah ok, they're just on cheap 3600 L/H air pumps that have 6-outlet manifolds. The pumps are suspended to keep the vibration down. The air domes themselves are the official autopot brand, and are also quite inexpensive. They definitely fit any type of pot or smart pot, probably 2 gallons or greater. These also have a simple, cheap aquarium air pump check valve in each line to prevent any solution back flow.
@Psilocubensis, If you are asking how the air dome physically fits, it just sits there at the bottom, and with the 50/50 perlite mix is plenty porous to pass through a lot of air. If it's "how" as in performance-evaluation, Sorry, but I don't know what L/H is :-/ but I have no doubt the air domes contribute greatly to the insane growth and yield out of the autopots, and they are also dirt cheap. I also feel like I need to keep a closer eye on PH and nutes with domes because it's like having a little mini bubble bucket at the bottom. For this reason we added hydroguard as well, which caused the root tips to start shooting out the sides of the 5 gallon atopot xl's (airpot version) I'll add some pics of the roots and air domes when they come down fully. Just had the first snafu with the autopots - every system flooded, which I am assuming is some root interference, even with the copper lined bases. Unfortunately, it's impossible to really get in there and troubleshoot in the jungles.
I may run this whole thing again but add more calmag throughout, lower the plant count and start the training at a much lower level.
