, The hottest days of the year hear in England are the same and Iv done a number of smaller grows without good extraction and it the same,a few degrees higher than the outside.Seaweed/kelp really helps the plant stay healthy through stressful times.Iv not grown without it for 10yrs.Can you not turn your lights down on the hotter days.250w is enough for small vegging plants.A large electrical item may greate more heat,humidifier.

, Thank you for your insights! I plan to test using a dimmer to reduce the power of my LEDs and will lower them slightly to see if that helps with heat generation while keeping them closer to the plants. Regarding seaweed, I'm currently using inert soil for my cultivation. Do you think adding seaweed would be effective in this type of soil?
