@wolfvb, I do a wet trim, since I run mainlines it's 8 per plant, I cut off and trim and hang 8 on each coat hanger. I wet trim all the fan leaves, and maybe 50% of the sugar leaves which I throw in a Ziploc and into the freezer. I hang the cost hangers up in the dark tent at around 60° and 40-50% RH with the exhaust fan running. I start checking for dryness everyday from around day 5, the smaller colas dry quicker, but as they dry, I pull out a few per day and do a final manicure and jar em up. Make sure you get hygrometers in the jars right away, that way if the humidity gets too high, just leave the lid off the jar til it drops and repeat. Last thing you want is any mold. You don't want to dry it out too fast either though. Any questions hit me up. Good luck!

@wolfvb, Thank you very much for the kind words. Strawberry Pie was one of my first grows before I started growing photos. I didn't really know what I was doing and they still turned out great! Very easy strain to grow and pretty dense and sticky flowers, especially for an auto!
