@wolfvb, Hi Wolfy Buddy. Yeah they are doing great. The trim off these plants will be great for kief...
Have you seen the pics of my extracts in the extract contest. Lots of great pics in that contest.
Chuck.
@wolfvb, Hi Bud. Thanks for the like lately. Do you know about the stem rub test?
If you rub the stem up near the top around the tip, rub it sorta hard with out damaging the plant. Rub the top fanleaf stems too.
Now put your fingers together to see how much resin the plant has. You'll be able to feel it either sticky or slippery.
Now put you fingers up to your nose to smell what the plant will smell and sorta taste like.
This test is for plants that are 8 weeks or older. Let say you start 20 seeds and want to narrow it down to 6 or 8.
With this test you can pick out the best ones. If the feeling of resin lasts and you can feel it on you fingers minutes later.
And the smell lasts and you can smell it minutes later... then those are the good plants.
If the smell disappears in seconds and the feeling of the resin doesn't last than you don't have a very strong plant.
With this test you can also pick a the best male out of the group for breeding too.
You just want the male to have loads of flowers too.
Hope this helps. Test it of your plants to see how it works.
Chuck.
