Two good looking ladies there. I still don't have a full grow under my belt, but from my understanding it's okay to defoliate the lower larger fan leaves blocking light to bud sites or that are receiving no light at all.

Those leaves on the Amnesia are telling something. In my current grow I had my plant wilting down with firm leaves and turned out my lights were too close - this forced the plant to lower its exposure to the light. Hope it gets cranking again... :crossed_fingers:
