i didnt notice any stress on her ... benefits - elimination of trunk rot, especially where the trunk touches the ground (that´s why i started to do something with roots) - maybe more thick root could transfer more nutrients? - maybe direct way breathing for roots? ( i think that roots only need water and air, mainly) - better stability in wind and without support? im just thinking out loud

in short, the first third cuts all (from main stem) to blow the wind and prevent breakage main stem, the second third leave leafs and cut stems, the third third cuts the large leaves, the others naturally
