Take a look at the results, of my current grow with three different autos. You get a much much better result by topping, and it's also a lot easer and it looks prettier too. greetings. I recommend making them for the large eazyplug pyramid which as you can see is a solid block, they are made out of corrugated plastic so they do not warp. They stop algae growing all over the outside, the algae doesn't do any harm to the plant from what I've seen but it's a massive pain in the ass and it also makes them easier to reuse.
