This is just a theory, but I think your plant was lacking some nutrients. The only bloom nute I see used to you PK booster, but I don't think a plant can survive on only PK.

@@Charliepugdog, Haha, it does look a bit heavy on the pics. I gotta say IRL they look a little bit slimmer than in the pic. But IRL you can see the trichomes and they're caked in them haha so no problems there.
