No dought she will get better smelling in the jar. Every single run ive done halfway through drying smell like hey even if its ideal conditions. Then starts coming back near the end of dry or a lil into cure. Ive don probably 10 runs so far over probably 3-4 years so dont stress u cleary doin everything correctly itl come back
