I germinated two seeds successfully and planted in two 7 gallon pots. One did not not take root and died. The other (this one) developed normally but was a very small plant (runt). However, It did produce pretty good with minimal larf and trim. No other issues really.

I was told I needed this with my city water..

I'm a noob but had no issues using Fox Farms nutes.

Love this grow light.. Do I need bigger, brighter light for 3'x3' tent?

Only my second grow. I have no idea what I'm doing. I had issues with fungus gnats and powdery mildew. Not sure if this is genetics related or not.

I tried to be neutral because of my inexperience but this product likely deserves a better rating. I love this light and the TS 600 I was using before. However, I did have some issues with the plant that could possibly be from too much light after changing to TS 1000 in my 2x2 tent... I'm just not sure. I'm really thinking about upgrading to a 3x3 tent for my next grow. That said, both the TS 600 and the TS 1000 is a lot of quality, full spectrum light for the money.

3/30/20: Was way easier to grow than I expected but some leaf issues in flower stage left me wondering about the genetics as I never really got a handle on the cause of the problem. Best guess as to cause of my issues are calcium deficiency, rust fungus, light burn and plant genetics (in that order). It could also have been something else but I'm just not sure. Bottom line was that I went from seedling to successful harvest in 10 weeks. Pretty damn satisfying! 😎
