I didn't read your question properly,lol.I thought you meant it was already dry.I wouldn't put it in the fridge.It needs to dry a lkittle faster than that.Green house seed company recommend drying it then putting it in paper bags for a few months in a cool place.You could store it in the fridge but I still wouldn't as I don't see the need to.
