@@Teh_Saccade, I think they lacked sun in the beginning of the growing or something because both should be quite small. That&#039;s the problem I have they are both very close in terms of growing speed, leaves, size... So I guess I will have to smoke it to know :joy:

<span class="link_user">@GrowMyPips</span>, You were right GrowMyPips - this potting soil is not draining so well! It absorbs the water so quick that it feels dry, unless I dig down under the fibre cup, which is where I found mud. I am going to repot him tomorrow. His roots are already 12cm long spreading out sideways! Fast little bugger..!

@@Teh_Saccade, I remember having problems on my first grows with RoyalDwarf but I learnt with Fat Banana Automatic (from RQS also). You may try it ;)

<span class="link_user">@GrowMyPips</span>, Hi, thanks - It&#039;s ok - it is not difficult to set for germination using paper towels :p I have tried with Royal Dwarf a few times now, and it turns out only 1 has ever sprouted. I have a few of the seeds left, and they have been put in the tissue pot today. I don&#039;t think I will be using Royal Dwarf again. // Aussi,, je ne parle pas bien Francais. mais a l&#039;ecole j&#039;ai appris le francais pendant plusieurs annees. Le nom est a cause de &quot;jerk&quot; mais aussi a cause de cela j&#039;ai etudie l&#039;illusion et les sciences optiques. J&#039;ai ce nom depuis 1997 online (je pense, MSN / Usenet) :D

@@Teh_Saccade, hi, I germinated it using wet paper towel method. It shouldn&#039;t be totally soaking wet just put a some drops from the tap on the paper and then put the seed. I usually cover it with another paper (wet the same). From your name, are you french? I might be able to describe better in french if you need to ;)
