You shouldn't leave the water on the surface of the leaves,it burns it even more.

Whhen growing with led,s the room needs to be warm or rather the surface of the leaf does.LST,LEAF SURFACE TEMP.I'd be more concerned about the temp and humidy being correct.I try and have mine over 27 but Iv seen some repoerts saying it can be as low as 24.I guess its turned down low and far away from the plants with them being so young which is correct but they don't get the heat they need.
