Congrats on the harvest. Just from my observations, it looks like the plant could have matured for another few weeks. Checking trichomes under a microscope is a good indicator. Enjoy the CBD :) I'm just getting into it myself.

Nice grow! and now the questions... How did you determine when to harvest? Trichomes? Pistels? Calendar? How did you find the effects?

, We did try using some Nectar of the Gods nutrients during vegetation. Seemed to give the roots a real boost. Personally I don't like changing to many variables at once because it is to hard to figure out what may have been beneficial or detrimental. Growing only a few plants at a time there is not much play room when you really do need the medicinal effects.

, I had a brain fart and messed up this last round by not changing the light schedule and accidentally put all my little clones into flower. My wife was able to get some to re-veg and they seem to be starting to recover after a full month. When I get these close to flower and clip some new clones I would be willing to share a clone with you if you can pick up in Southern California.

1st time ever growing Northern Lights as well as the 1st time every growing from seed. They grow very similar to the others I have grown. They seem pretty hardy and had a decent yield. I would compare it to Granddaddy Purple for strength and effect. A little dry mouth and a lot of couch lock. What I really like about it is that it is much easier to trim after harvest than GDP. Nice big solid buds without tons of small leaves. I did end up having to give her support because her buds were pretty heavy. I have been experimenting with harvest time and this time I only waited till all the pistels were a nice dark orange. Next time I am going to wait till some trichomes turn amber. With my other plants I have found the THC/CBD content to be noticeably higher when I wait and for my small grow that extra quality is of more value to me than getting it a week earlier.
