clay pebbles cause a lot of problems they soak up like a sponge and takes ages like a sponge to rinse out you could take majority of that away and put rockwool in its place problems solved

Enjoy your ladies growing move a leaf if its covering a bud remove it when you remove watch the light move down into the plant see the next leaf light up does it shade a bud? looks like there is plenty that could be taken off from the bottom as well

i would be getting rid of quite a few of those leaves for sure. took off over 1.5 kilos from my grow does it hurt them, does not seem to, do buds grow through after defoliation i should say so. there are some who say don't touch as yours is the canopy becomes un penetrable, its a case of having to rather than wanting too. Hydro grows produce far more leaf than soil.
