<span class="link_user">@homie123</span>, as with any light, it&#039;s always best to measure things - measure the temp or just place your hand on the canopy level - if it heats up, it&#039;s too close. I&#039;d say that around 40-50cm you should be ok, but like I say - measure it and know for sure. If you can, get a PAR meter you can measure the exact place for your light that&#039;s giving you the best output for the plants

<span class="link_user">@bobo420</span>, They are, I&#039;m using a 100w cfl bulb right now, and trying not to let them grow right into the light. I guess I could kick on the led, but I haven&#039;t done a veg with it yet, so I don&#039;t know the correct distance. It&#039;s a 600w Viparspectra, any recommended distance?
