<span class="link_user">@DarbGrowDiaries</span>, This event has been running for half a year, and the date was announced on the same day it started. Meeting that date - or at the very least informing participants if it can’t be met - should be the bare minimum.
Instead, there’s been no communication at all. From the outside, it feels like: “Oops, it’s Christmas already - who could have predicted that? Are the contestants waiting? Doesn’t matter.” That lack of communication is frustrating and disrespectful.
Participants invested real time and effort into this contest, including producing promotional material and content. A basic level of respect would be to keep them informed.
In my opinion, there is no excuse for handling things this way. Either run an event properly and professionally, or accept that this reflects poorly on the company behind it. If this were my contest or my company, I would care deeply about that. Others may disagree, but I find this unacceptable and always will. :hankey:
