Use more medium next time :) more medium, more roots, bigger buds! I fill mine up to about 1.5 - 2 inches from the top, and I use clay pebbles on top to stop floating coco/perlite when watering.

Easy there champ. Else you might burn your plant been over eager. Those pots will feed the plant for quite a few weeks. Do not feed anything unless there's an actual sign of it needing something (some kind of deficiency symptom). At the very least the soil will carry the plant through veg stage. Once you get to bloom, the 1-10-1 or 0-7-0 will work fine, but you will need some source of potassium.
