<span class="link_user">@Bruce_Leroy1</span>, The first time, they sent me out a &quot;new&quot; one that was all scratched. Instead they ended up repairing my original unit. This time they want me to pay frieght for a loaner and being into a grow already, I don&#039;t have that option. Freight both ways is super expensive. They told me I could keep using it until the grow was over. Personally, I think Black Dog&#039;s customer service has sucked. I won&#039;t buy another light of theirs.

<span class="link_user">@Bruce_Leroy1</span>, weird. I sent a reply back trashing Black Dog and it didn&#039;t save. In 6 months I&#039;ve had 2 major warranty issues. Same issue, different bank of lights. Strobing out big time. Goes off and on. Not very happy with the product for what I paid for it.
