Hey! Your seedlings have a Nitrogen deficiency, try using a high Nitrogen medium phosphorous and medium Potassium, about 10-5-5, I can tell because of the color, The length of each leaf and length of the stem, correct the PH, have it around 6.5-7. Cheers!
