Yesterday morning was quite a circus! I found 3 (rather big) mealybugs on my plant and more aphids on the lower leaves... Instantly went for big cleaning and wiped every leaf. Never had mealybugs anywhere before, but always read horror stories about this lil' naggers. Unfort. yesterday afternoon again 2 of them were on the plant all of a sudden. No idea were they come from, all my other plants are clean. Luckily today I haven't found any of these new pricks. So she is doing fine again.. I'll do a regular check and hope they'll stay away now.

Good luck man! They are looking well and healthy :). And you left some space in the pot to fill in case they stretch? My royal dwarf got quite big as well... Haha. My indoor plants had some issues with those flies as well. I bought these glue sticks/papers/traps that you stick in the pott. It doesn't kill the larvae, but it attracts the flies when they get out of the soil. It works really well for me and most of them are trapped hehe.

, Thanks mate! Sorry, that intro post isn't up to date anymore.. Eventually I used other nutrients: During the growstage I gave Pokon houseplants fertilizer haha... I started at the end of week 2. And in week 5 I started with Plagron Terra Bloom for flowering. -I'm using universal potting soil (with some nutrients in it). But the first layer was seeding/cutting soil mix (low in nutrients). This way the young plant would adapt to the nutrients. Normally I would've been picky with my soil and nutrients. But since it's just one plant on the balcony, I made this choice... Haha

Looking good bro. I've a royal dwarf on my windowsill 2 weeks in and she's coming along nicely. At what stage did you use the plagron alga grow? I've got the same nutrients and just wondering when's the best time to use them. Also what soil you using?
