Hey Mate, just wanted to add an opinion..
Seedlings and young plants in my Box get sprayed twice a day and depending of the size of the plant, about 20-50ml per week.
As spray I use a mix of humic acid, enzymes and a bit root juice from my Fert.-Brand i use. But also works well with plain water @pH 6.5-7.
They are more likely to drink via foliage than the roots, because there's still no developed root network. I hope this will show you an additional way. Have a good one, good luck and happy trails for the rest of the way 🤞.
