Hello everyone, I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to provide an update regarding my previous post about the Sensi Seeds Summer Cup 2023. Initially, I was disappointed because I hadn’t received my prizes despite winning 3rd place. However, I am pleased to share that the situation has been resolved thanks to the exceptional support from Tim and the Sensi Seeds team. It turns out that the issues were due to a few individuals not fulfilling their responsibilities. Once this was discovered, Sensi Seeds took immediate action to address the problem. Tim’s prompt and efficient response has restored my faith in the company. Not only did I receive my original prizes, but I also received additional items as a gesture of goodwill. I want to extend my gratitude to Tim and the entire Sensi Seeds team for their dedication to resolving this matter.
