Looks good, man. Might want to add some cal mag for the purple coloring. Really can’t overdo the cal mag. I think most of your problems stem from the cal mag deficiency. Depending on the soil you’re using, cal mag is a must under led.

I have a similar issue with overwatering. After being very hands off for the last week and letting the soil get bone dry, I’m seeing rapid growth. What light and what kind of space are you using?
