</span>, heyo, 300ppfd but they in a plastic dome. I was aiming for around 200. On a P1000 i would use 40 cm on around 25-30% for young seedling and higher it from there

</span>, - I follow the light manufacturer recomendations which is 16 to 24 inches and about 50% intensity

Hi. Nice grow. Can I ask you for advice? How far are your seedlings from lights and what about intensity? I have same lights and have grew some Northern light autos before. Unfortunately I can't get past seedling stage now. I think it's because of light stress.
