@Theia, Because 7 out of 10 spots are reserved from a group of friends and insiders. They also share the code that bloats likes and views. This was almost certainly compiled by someone that works for GD. I heard some asshole a few years ago who was just a grower but part of that 'insider' group went into the database and doxxed some grower he had a personal issue with. The pettiness is dangerous AF around here. People that weren't even employees had access to personal information, and that doesn't even count the massive data leak of metadata back in 2020 or 2021?

Good luck to all growers. I've lost faith in this competition ATM. Grow diaries have taken the finger off the pulse too much. Rules get set for the competitions and that's fine. We all know the rules and it Ives a level playing field for growers to show off their skills. But last month 2 diaries got spots and they are still in late flower. No harvests and not complete. So how are they getting spots and growers who have done the pain in the ass process of posting harvest reports and pics after the dry/cure getting knocked back. I'm not sure why it pisses me off so much but it does.. Rant over.. 😋😂 Good luck to all who enter this . I hope the winners are actually complete diaries this month.🤞🏼🤞🏼🏆

Without a trellis.. is this not just plant training? low-stress training? This technique, both of them existed long before the monikers of the marijuana growing hobbyists mob's need to feel special about simple behaviours. It's all plant training -- manipuation of apical dominance or physical damage that redistributes auxins... all the sub-categories are needless anyway. If it doesn't save time, it's a hinderance more times than not.

@Krisis, It wasn't a contradiction to anything you said. Merely something in addition to all the bogus entries. It alluded to the fact you expect integrity where it is mostly absent.
