some strains take time to throw pistils and start flowering,like 4-5 weeks into flowering.You can keep with 12/12 for some more time or choose to set lights to 11 on / 13 off to accelerate the flowering process. You'll notice pistils starting to show up with 11/13 in a few days.

Stopped by today, looked at the pics, your plant gives me a smile on my face 👌💪
