If I was you brotha I’d get some of the garden soft tie wire. It’s covered with soft rubber to prevent such mishaps. In my grow....I snapped a branch on my Bruce banner and attempted to splint it but it still suffered a bit. Then that branch developed almost a supercrop knuckle and that became one of my most productive branches. Then.....while moving my plants around I snapped the MAIN COLA on my Bruce banner. That girl has been through hell!! But both of the snapped branches developed rapidly after I mended them! They look good! Are yours autos? Check out my GSC on my page if you get a chance!

this is ashort and stock genetic as it looks like, you describe her as sturdy?..... and one inch is short yes but ok... for longer internodes just dimm the light. happy growing
