Yup id say Thrips forsure. Have you tried adding some UV under the canopy? You need to be careful with it but using it to help keep pests down and mildew etc is a great way if you can get it dialed in. Also UV is great for adding stress towards the end of flower and get some extra terps. Its a win win if you ask me less pests/diseases and extra terps. "Mammoth lighting" have some amazing studies involving UV/far red etc they are a good read I highly suggest if you haven't seen it. Looks like you still going to have a great result just give them suckers a good shake it will remove a good chunk of them im sure.

Looks amazing... you might consider a lollipop to the "under-carriage", just to improve some of the airflow. Regardless, the plants look happy and healthy! Cheers!
