I really feel like I tried my best to get the biotabs nutriets to work over the past 2 years. Many phone calls and emails to the biotabs team asking for advice (first time I lost 2 plants, by following their stupid advice, then I tell them the plants died and they were like "oh but you should have done THE OPPOSITE OF WHAT WE ADVISED YOU TO DO"... thanks biotabs staff :'( Also their products have clearly changed, the silicium flash i recently bought is all dry and powder without smell (normally it smells like funky compost) and my plants are growing less good with less fat stems... Their PK compost tea in my opinion is TERRIBLE. If I give a bit too much (like 200ml) then it burns the plants and when I give less then the plants show P and/or K nutrient deficiencies. And most importantly the flowers are simply much less clean to smoke and lower quality compared to all my other grows of the past 10 years (I have tried many nutrient lines, many different systems). The smoke is much more harsh than I have in hydro. The smells/flavors are ok in mid flower but not impressive at the end of flower and mainly it feels like the resin of my plants is of lower quality since I use biotabs. When harvesting my scissors get a lot less sticky and are not stuck the whole time, the resin is more often 'wet' than 'sticky' - I am not sure why but the only factor I changed is the biotabs nutrients and now that I changed to GH powder feeding bio line my next session of plants are again top quality and very sticky and full of resin. I wasted so much money (literally cost me a few thousand) to use the biotabs line and follow their advice. I got it to work well after a few sessions however I use around 50% of the recommended dosages, use silicium flash instead of the tabs (the tabs always burn and then not enough nutrients, it fluctuates too much), and mix 1g/L of malted barley through the soil mix + dolomite lime and every 2-3 weeks add some bactrex and orgatrex. The pk compost tea I stop giving approx 35 days before harvest otherwise I feel like I am destroying my lungs with dirty flowers.

Dank flowers, with dank 'dark' heavy floral gassy after taste that lasts for quite a while. Reminds a bit of ripper seeds kmintz but with less mint and much more gassy pungent taste on this one. Effect hits hard but not sleepy, nice and relaxing but with good mental stimulation. Watch out for flowers that touch and bud rot, you need to train this one well to get the air to pass through.

Superb quality kush genetics with a sweet twist in one of the two phenotypes. Easy to grow Fat stems Slow to clone (but she does clone) Nice resin production Nice refined smells (one pheno smells like quality floral og with a bit of sour, the other pheno more sweet and gassy and reminds a bit of anti mosquitto spray but in a good way) Above average stretch The effect is long lasting, a bit of a creeper. Easy to handly but can hit hard on the focus/concentration and can make me daydream pretty hard :D Took a bong hit last night and spent nearly an hour starting at my computer screen just daydreaming of what I was going to do without taking any decision XD The taste clearly needs a good cure like all the other og kush I know, at least a month and a half cure to start bringing out the quality kush taste when smoking. I have already germinated another seed, will need to harvest a week later and use better nutrients I didn't do them justice. I just can't get the biotabs nutrients line to work well, always having problems at end of flower, changing to gh powder feeding bio line.

Hmm i think i got a bad phenotype. There is nearly no smell, even after months of cure only a very very light orange/diesel smell. There is quite a bit of resin, effect is good but nothing special. Easy to grow, probably will make big heavy harvests when growing big plants.

This strain has sour diesel terps, the sour from the chem family, also present in sour fuel og kush hybrids. Basically the terps are on point, it is really good. I did not grow her well, lack of nutrients, bad watering practice, early harvest, so I did not get amazing quality, but she is definitely in my list to grow again, she has the nice quality sour smells :D :D :D :D :D Not going to judge the effect or anything since I didn't grow her perfectly, but I can confirm that it is what it should be, truly amazing sour terps :D (FYI a friend grew her with a different setup and his pheno didn't have much sour terps, but was also dried a bit fast and harvested a bit early so can't judge the strain). If you are hesitating, give her a go! The only downside is maybe low yield with large internode distance, so train her well :D Rosin yield is not high (15-18%) but the taste comes through so the quality/personality is present in the rosin.

Works well but not really when following the manuals, need to do some tests and calibrate for myself. Also pretty annoying you need to guess how big the plant will be and the plant's requirements, otherwise you end up over/under feeding with the slow release tabs (and shouldn't add any tabs during flowering, so not easy to fix lack of N with this, I got silicium flash for the next runs and can confirm it helps a lot the plants are super healthy and vigorous now, also 30% perlite and 30% worm castings, instead of 75% peat and 25% perlite)

Easy to grow, little stretch so not very big plants. Strong unique smells during grow. Harvested at f82 to really test the personality of this strain. The effect is cool! It makes me focused in my own world without losing track of thoughts. The focus feels comfortable/good, and if someone talks to me when I am busy I do not consciously hear them :D It makes me a bit slower, and relaxed but not very physical and not very tired. The taste!!! >>>> Strong mint/anais/pastis taste with a slightly fruity/candy after taste. I am sure the candy after taste will come out more with 2 months cure.

First time I tried these, the ph/ec was pretty stable, plants pretty happy, overall I think it works well however I did get less flowers in ratio to plant material i.e. the buds were a bit more leafy but the leaves are full of thc so no complaints :D, can't say it did much but this round the tent did smell stronger than the previous round with more heavy dank smells so they may have helped.

Used temporarily for a few weeks because I ran out of other nutrients. Works well but very diluted so gets used up extremely quickly.

plagron power roots and pure zyme don't work well in DWC (Friends have same experience). After removing the roots and pure zyme from my schedule the roots are way more healthy and grow faster and plants complain less and no unpleasant (compost-like) smells coming from the reservoirs! Green sensation still the best bloom booster I have tried so far :)

SP 3000 works great! I hang it approx 40-45cm above the highest buds during most of flower (60cm for last 10 days, otherwise they complain too much light). Produces a lot of trichomes and quite a bit of terpenes.

Works great very stable ph very few problems no smell in reservoir and good clean end product (good ratio of calyx to sugar leaves and sugar leaves less chlorophyll compared to when I use plagron hydro a&b)

Works fine but if you have normal sized healthy plants you will need many many bottles of this it is not concentrated at all...

Yea the sweet raw and pure blend tea work but I need to find the sweet spot in dosage. For this run the dosages were too low. I feel like the pure blend tea needs to be pushed to the limit to be very noticeable (my current run I pushed it to where I get nutrient burn, then reduced the pure blend tea a bit and the plants smell very nice and floral/citrussy at 30 days in bloom (more smell than previous runs so I think it works)

hydro a & b not very stable ph and more problems compared to using canna aqua vega and flores. Power roots and pure zyme mess up DWC grows (also for my friends), now that I don't use them everything goes better and water reservoir smells good again)

Best value for the money, very good quality and yield. SP3000 I need to put at 45-50+ cm otherwise plants complain in the last month of flower!

Grow comments: - low/average yielding plant (my lowest yield for the size of the plant...) - many many small side branches, many small popcorn buds --> I should have defoliated more in the bottom/mid section! - prone to turn hermaphrodite - a bit less than 2x stretch - diesel/kush smells when growing - a bit sentive (moderate/light nutrients, doesn't like strong led light...) Flower notes (AFTER 100 DAYS CURE!!!): - Pretty strong smell/taste, very noticeable on first puff, when other people smoke it smells good :D stronger/better taste than average 'top-shelf' coffeeshop weed in Amsterdam (did blind test with other people) - Very similar to kosher kush, with a bit more diesel and a bit more munchies effect (and less euphoria) - Difficult to be in a bad mood! Take a bong hit and you feel a light warm numbness all over your body (doesn't feel strong, its comfortable) and makes it nearly impossible to hold a grudge! 😀😀😀 - Strong munchies when smoking a lot... after a few hours the fridge will be under attack! 😜 - 0% Paranoina/anxiety, very comfortable and easy effect Personal opinion: - I don't think I got a good phenotype, too many branches/popcorn and low yield and not very strong (but stronger than average coffeeshop weed for sure) - Smells very similar to kosher kush, I want more fresh diesel smell that should also come with a stronger effect (I find strong diesel smell/taste strains can have devastating effects 😈) - I'm hunting for something like the og#18, this kosher dawg does not have strong euphoria waves and rise in heart beat rate etc and does not have the top quality taste (but not bad taste at all!). My search continues... (crocketts lemon#18?) - yield was low, if you are looking for a high yield then cross your fingers for another pheno than mine (the plant next to it had more than 2x as much yield) - I may grow again hoping for a different pheno and I will flower 1 week longer and use uvb supplement 😃

Grow: - easy - very vigorous - 2-2.5x stretch - easy to feed - easy to train - responds well to training - pretty buds - average internode distance - many small buds - near to no airy popcorn bud - good harvest quantity - the top half of the plant colored dark blue with 15-19c night temps - HERMAPHRODITE caused neighboring plants to have a few seeds... The flowers/buds: - look pretty (has some pink calyxes between the green calyxes) - have a unpleasant citrus/grassy foreground smell (I am NOT referring to the too-quick-dry hay smell!) - have a special casis/grape/fruity/heavy background smell which is very pleasant, however this did not yet come through in the cure (after 3 weeks) but it does fill up the room when opening the jar/grinding the bud, but doesn't come through in the taste when smoking/vaping - the trichomes took a bit long to ripen (cut after 79 days of flowering with still a lot of transparent trichome heads and nearly no 'orange' trichome heads - effect is on the weak side, definitely below average power/duration Extraction: - got 16g 45-220mc good quality 'ice water' hash - rosin presses pretty well, yields are above average (62%rh) - rosin comes out looking clean beige/creamy color at 80c - rosin comes out looking golden at 95c - rosin doesn't capture the nice heavy background smells :'( :'( so none of the fruity candy casis dankness so far.... - rosin has the unpleasant citrus/grassy taste... and is harsh on throat compared the the average rosin (I am NOT referring to the too-quick-dry hay smell!) General notes: - friends grew out the rest of the seeds in the pack, we all have different phenotypes with this pheno (that i got) having the most smell/color/vigorousness and yield. We all grow in hydro. - I am reviewing after only 3 weeks cure. Maybe after 2+ months cure something special happens that greatly improves the taste/smoking experience. Conclusion: - After 3 weeks of cure this is not a nice smoke. Taste-wise it has taste but not something I would call 'desireable' (my taste preference tends to align with cannabis competitions so I think I have a pretty standard taste preference for a 'heavy user' aka cannabis lover) - Effect is weak, not particularly uplifting/positive, just a bit standard cannabis effect it stands out the least of anything I smoked in the past months. ---> I would not recognize this strain as Runtz, I have had Runtz before from various shops, this one reminds me more of critical (the citrus/grassy foreground) and some dank grape/casis fruitiness in the background ---> If I would grow this again I would only attempt in "super soil"/"live soil" and go full organic because I am pretty sure the dank fruity tastes will show themselves much better during the cure experience. ---> For me this is definitely a strain that needs a long cure! ---> I used the rating guidelines, I give it a 4/10 because I would not grow it again, the flowers resulting from this grow are amongst the least impressive I have grown but look pretty and the plant was easy to grow. Also my friends had pretty different phenotypes and don't want to grow it again either. P.S. I am amazed by all the good reviews this strain has??? Maybe this plant only produces quality in full organics with soil as medium...
