Did your cheese start off slow? Mine is starting week 3 from sprout and only has 2 true leaves. The Hawaii Maui waui on the other hand was germed 7 days after the cheese sprouted and it&#039;s already 3 inches tall and a day away from getting it&#039;s first 5 finger leaves.
