So is this like a stump of a plant you harvested and you are regenerating it into a new plant or something? Why are all the leaves so mutated looking? And this is week 11? None of this makes sense to me.

Oh my god.. that poor plant... Whatever you did to this plant.. don't do it again. Read The Growers Handbook by Ed Rosenthal. That helped me starting out. Watch some YouTube videos. Get some different lights. I use Kellog patio plus organics or fox farm for my soil.. the fox farm trio + cal mag for my nutes and definitely make sure you PH your water properly. That's what works for me. Indoor, outdoor, LEDs, CFLs, MH/HPS.. all with the same recipe and gotten fat dense nuggs, big pretty 7-9 point leaves each time. I'm sure you will get the same results.
