@Tarantino, It would work, but if you want a cheap grow light look up the Mars Hydro TS600 It's a small grow light. Its only 100W but gets decent yields for only 100W. I'd highly recommend the TS1000 tho. I'd really appreciate your vote in your question!

I'm actually impressed you managed that with 75w, good job! You definitely need a stronger light. A minimum of 150W is best. But bigger is better
