@technics702, i check everything: thricomes, stigma color and shape ( from straight to wavy), harvest time exceeds breeder’s recommanded harvest time ( breeder provides harvest time having grown it under the optimal conditions), visual observation…

@GODSGIFT_2005_JM, fantastic looking grows you have had, I am impressed! Regarding your question about microscopes and specifically a reply to that question where the person stated that pistil color should be used as the determining factor as it relates to when to harvest. Have you found this to be accurate? I was never aware that trichome color is related to genetics and not the maturity of the plant, whereas pistil color is.
