The overgrowth on your roots is actually perfectly ok growmie! It's even 'boosting' growth - air pruning it's called. Those roots aren't needed and oxidize at prolonged exposure to oxygen and then fall off - pushing more root growth and your plants overall growth :) The downside beibg however - your plant will retain a smidge less water over time as your roots are now taking up more space.

@James_Davis05, I have much love for the parent landraces! Fruity / Sweet etc. etc. etc. is nice ya, but old-school skunk / cheese / diesel will always have a special place in my heart. Taste / smell is pure nostalgia!
