Looking at the other picture it could be over watering, you need to let the top layer of the soil dry out completely before watering again but only the top layer, don't let it all dry out completely.It needsd air as much as moisture It maybe too much food with how dark the leaves with the yellow edges are. What are you feeding organic or synthetic as it could be the ph if synthetic. Is it good quality soil?
