Hi just to slightly disagree with the person who answered your question, here in week 7 was your first sign of flowering. Whether male or female, the transition to flower is marked by the internodal stretch that you see here. Pistils may or may not show you the sex of the plant before the pre-flowering stretch, they're not necessarily a sign that flowering has initiated.
