As a first grow beginner i gained my knowledge from YouTube videos books other diaries and blogs and at week 9 my plants look like yours and surprisingly like the pictures on the website and in some instances better. Here in the uk the latest craze is Cali packs Makes me giggle because they genuinely think it comes from cali cos it says so on the back and when they buy it it’s vac and heat sealed in a bag with a cool design on and crazy names normally an 1/8 is £30 could be a it does the job kinda weed or a decent smoke vs mushroom melter in a sealed vacuum pack with 25%thc printed in big and a brand name as a selling point and a way to charge £60-£80 an 1/8. It’s crazy Because cannabis is illegal here it’s grown and sold to make a profit no care for quality just as much as they can as quick as they can because it’s illegal you get what you’r given generally speaking from a street dealer. If it smells good and is dry then it’s the best in Britain. I’m on my first grow and I can honestly say my plants look like the pictures on the internet. I think all the comments Below are saying it’s looking good and it’s going well either struggle keeping house plants alive or think your at week 3 or possibly growing photos. And if you wanna use the website says can grow up to 1.2m yeah it can but we ain’t trying to grow huge bushes. I’d rather have half oz of smoke that is the highest thc content than 2oz of normal street weed like it or lump it mate

Iv got 2 of the same plant you got dutch passion auto critical orange and mine look like they do on the website and my LEDs could be stronger. My orange punch autos are 8 weeks old

Hey mikxy I’m a beginner I am currently running 2 of these myself and mine look totally different. Are you a beginner too? All of the information you have been given is right but applies more to photo strains where as autos are more delicate, autos to me are more delicate in my opinion because time is of the essence, the best proven method with autos is lst, as soon as you can start bending the plant pinning it down so the main stem is following the shape of the pot and keeping an even canopy i defoliate at 2 main times when she’s showing bud sites and when the bud sites are established and growing into nice buds. If it the leaves are blocking bud sites either tuck them out the way or if you have to just nip it off. The reason we use lst as apposed to hst topping bottoming ect is because time again is against us with autos unlike photo period p you can top the plant and keep it in veg until it’s fully recovered where as autos flower according to age not a change in light. You literally have about 4-6 weeks to create essentially a circular steam and even canopy using lst to tie the tallest branches down making the lower bud sites grow to the light where as photo periods would be bottomed and a sea of green, once your auto is in flower the branches become more brittle so it’s essential time used properly to manipulate the main stems while they are nimble in the veg state. Iv only really know autos grown under led. Which allows you to have your lights close to your plants without creating light stress which can stunt your auto raise them as you see fit other wise if you have them faraway in the veg stage they will just concentrate on getting to the light and then establishing bud sites unlike with photos you control how long it Vegs according to how big you want your plant. Autos take half the time to grow to photos, you plant an auto seed in the pot it finishes in because autos can stunt under stress and because they flower according to age there’s no time for it to recover properly My research leads me to believe nutrients should be half dosed or even 1/4 dose with autos , once it’s burnt it’s burnt so it’s critical you take your time with nutrients. Measuring correctly it’s better to have to add more cos you can’t take it away. There’s no right or wrong way to growing as long as the fundamentals are correct. You see photo periods 7-12ft tall outdoors they need to be that tall to get enough light penetrating through to flower effectively to complete its life cycle You can’t clone autos The idea of growing inside is so you can grow all year round. Every living thing has a life cycle and a way of reproducing. It’s basic science understand that and the last hour that iv sat here and literally spelled it out won’t have been a waste of my time. It’s better to take time to learn and understand what’s needed than to have all the gear and no idea being your own Guinea pig and it cost you as much as it takes for you to learn before you can get a plant to complete its life cycle as a minimum. If your growing in doors it’s that simple your taking what the plant needs to it, not too much not too little like goldie locks and the 3 bears. So autos finally cost a fortune guarenteed to be what says on the packet like everything in life if you got the money you can have the best on offer but if you can’t use it it’s useless init Autos can yield a lot if you know how and has good genetics which your paying for still sound great? 1 photo can yeild more than 4 or 6 autos but autos if they’re any good will be a the content of up to 26-30% thc which is crazy right so it’s a quality over quantity if you got the money and grow enough to last you till the next crop is done then your into a winner Oh ph and ec.
