@growdiaries @fast_buds The 3rd place winner is a SCAM and useing images souced from the web that are not of their own. Their entire profile is a JOKE and created to scam GOTM contest and Other Contests. The source links to the image they posted as their own are linked below. https://www.rxgreentechnologies.com/blog/care-of-seedlings/ https://dailyhive.com/grow/plant-to-bowl-growing-cannabis-at-home-crop-king-seeds https://hightimes.com/grow/high-times-interview-cannarado-genetics/ you really need to do better when finazlieing these contests. its not the first time you pick trolls in the top 3.

@Patricia_Zamnesia, Hey, Thanks for your message. I hear what you’re saying, and I get that my reaction came off harsh. But I hope you can also understand why it came out that way. You personally hyped me up for this contest. That built real excitement and trust. So when the judging process felt rushed, unclear, and even disrespectful at times, it hit hard. It wasn’t just about losing. It was about feeling misled and unappreciated after putting in serious time and effort. Judging based on wet trim? That’s like reviewing a haircut before it’s dry. Totally incomplete and unfair. And when Bread & Buds, a judge publicly tied to your brand, called people’s plants “ugly,” that wasn’t just unprofessional. It was insulting. Especially when some of us were just sharing honest feedback. Feedback that clearly wasn’t just mine alone. A lot of others in the community felt similarly but didn’t speak up. What’s worse is the speed of the decisions. With 180 participants and the deadline not even fully used, it gives the impression that winners were already chosen or the process wasn’t as thorough as it should have been. That’s a tough pill to swallow after putting heart, soul, and months of work into this. To me, it started to feel less like a celebration of growers and more like a rushed marketing push. And frankly, that’s disappointing because I expected more from Zamnesia. I hope you take this as constructive, not just criticism. I genuinely cared about this contest and believed in it. That’s why I reacted the way I did. If you want to rebuild trust with the community, it’s going to take transparency, fair judging, and reps who lift people up, not tear them down.

Dear growers, I’ve read through many of your comments with both appreciation and concern. Let me begin by saying: this should have been a fun adventure for everyone, an inspiring way to share our passion for growing and to connect across borders and backgrounds. It was never meant to bring negativity, and it saddens me to see frustration replacing what started as such a positive experience. First of all: Yes, Zamnesia and Plagron could have communicated the judging criteria more clearly. We hear your feedback and take it seriously. For future editions, we’ll make the process more transparent, with clearer rules and expectations. Second: Let me also clarify that Bread_n_Buds was one of six independent jury members. He judged all entries using a clear matrix with six different grow-related criteria. Bread_n_Buds contributed honestly and voluntarily. He does not deserve to be publicly discredited for that. It is hurtful to hear claims of favoritism or suggestions that the results were decided in advance. The process was fair, and we did our best to judge based on growing skill, presentation, and engagement. Not every great diary made it into the top spots, but we appreciated every entry. And while some strong diaries didn’t place, every contribution was valued. For me personally, everyone who joined and shared their grow was a winner. Many of you supported each other and helped this community thrive. That is what really matters and what this contest was truly about. Our goal has always been to keep this contest fun, fair, and focused on our community. That will not change. I sincerely hope that positivity will prevail, and that the 2026 edition will be even more enjoyable, and above all, filled with continued goodwill and support among us all. Warm regards, Patricia

@m0use, yo mouse I get you, this case was different. Bread andbuds was the judge here acting like the president, he told me last year he would never let dog doctor be in the top 10.. and we all know how nice dogdoctor can be to you in this situations. He is crooked af just cherry picked people who kissing his ass. He even promised me I would win until his ego grow so big and I stopped being nice to him. So I know for fact how he did this..

Dear Community, I can completely understand that some of you feel dissatisfied or find the process of the contest unfair. It’s true – some things weren’t clearly communicated when the competition began. The original task was simply “Biggest Buds” nothing more, nothing less. That image quality and presentation seemed to carry more weight in the end leaves a bitter aftertaste for many. With a bit of self-reflection, one might have anticipated that visual appeal would influence the results but it would have been fairer to clarify this in advance, for example with a transparent scoring matrix. In my opinion, many factors should have been considered, such as: Feminized or autoflowering seeds Indoor vs. outdoor grows Wet and dry weight Organic vs. mineral fertilizers Visual presentation and image staging Still, this remains an anonymous contest, and in the end, it’s a learning experience for all of us whether good or bad. The journey is the goal. Let’s grow from this and improve together! Personally, I met many kind and helpful growers through this contest. I even received an unexpected sponsorship (Seeds) and while seeds aren’t the most expensive part of growing, it’s the gesture and the appreciation that matter. Lastly, I want to say that Patricia did a great job. She’s always friendly, courteous, supportive, and takes time for every grower. That deserves recognition. I truly hope this comment won’t be censored or deleted it is honest, respectful, and meant to contribute to a constructive dialogue. And to anyone who wants to chat about their grow: feel warmly invited to reach out to me I’d love to connect!

@DutchFarmer, To be clear Breadandbuds was the judge.. it got way to his head obviously
Weird_Jimmy
@DutchFarmer, 100% agree with you dude, Breadandbuds shouldn't have been the judge here.. my god...
Weird_Jimmy
@Patricia_Zamnesia, This contest can not be taken serious Patricia, I'm really disappointed in y'all. I think even a blind man can see the top 10 isn't right
Weird_Jimmy
@Cauli, where you getting always from? Just cause you win with those small bud sizes doesn’t mean the judging wasn’t fair there plenty other people should have won and didn’t win, read the rest of the comment even some of the people that have won don’t agree with the voting it’s clear to say the judges aren’t growers neither is bread and bunds with his small Larry autos the contest should have been called cannabis photoshop photography Yall know more how to edit an image then grow a hefty big cola
Weird_Jimmy
@Bread_n_Buds, I'm honestly offended that you’re even trying to compare yourself to me. You grow autos those tiny dwarf plants and you really think that puts you on the same level? Come on those autos got you smoked :joy::joy::joy: You're defending aesthetics over actual grow performance in a grow competition, and that alone says a lot especially coming from someone who was on the judging panel. If visuals are all that matter, then let’s call it a photo contest, not a grow off.| This contest should have been called Cannabis Photographgy You’re out here acting like a judge, throwing shade and calling my plants “ugly” like that’s some kind of professional critique. If you were actually involved in the judging process, then it makes perfect sense why so many people feel this contest was a joke. And to be honest, your behavior just reinforces that. I’m seriously reconsidering being associated with this brand or any future contests if this is the level of "professionalism" behind the scenes. Also, it’s ironic to hear all this from someone whose own grows are far from impressive. You talk about commitment, but maybe start by applying that standard to your own work before commenting on others. The whole idea that grow scores are “falsified” and only images matter completely discredits the time, effort, and transparency serious growers put into their diaries bud size, weight, development stages, interactions, and full documentation. This kind of logic is exactly why so many legit growers are walking away from these contests. This conversation’s going nowhere. I’ll be the bigger person take care
