I use it on my seedlings and have roots bursting out the sides within 24 hours as a result.

Don't waste your money on their over price genetics. They sent me a male plant in the feminized pack of Jack Herer that I got and didn't even apologize. Way way wayyyyyyyy better quality out here than these people.
