my #1 way to rehydrate cannabis is a slice of apple, the size depends on how fast and how much cannabis you have to rehydrate.

if you are infested with aphids, spray your cannabis with Aloe vera extract. it is a natural pest deterrent.

@eurorack, be careful here diatomaceous earth increase cat ion exchange in the soil and that will drive the PH through the roof if you use too much, too much of anything is not a good thing.

So could you / we include a bit of diatomaceous earth mixed in with our grow-medium / compost?
