One of things I noticed was how slow the soil dried out when I first transferEd the jiffy pellet into the 5gal pot, when the plant was about 4 inches tall. I am using the solid starter kit from APotForPot. I can’t seem to find all the Ingredients included, but I do know there’s perlite, coco and a soil mix of sorts. Do you have any affordable soil recommendations for planting seeds directly into 5gal pots?
