hi man! cannabis prefers a pH of 6 to 7. Especially in the early stages of growth a pH close to 6 greatly helps the assimilation of nitrogen and micronutrients. Fix this thing and you'll be going strong. Good luck!

, growmie that leaf tip burn isn’t that bad at all, if anything the high nitrogen looks worse than that, I don’t even worry about leaves tips if they’re that bad mine are the same as that and it hasn’t stunted her whatsoever, or slowed her down, if anything it’s probably the soil being a tad too hot for, Fox Farms is known for being hot, doesn’t mean he over fed. But I do agree there is definitely some toxicity, I’d say nitrogen thiugh personally 💙
