Major November Updates 2016

Hello Growers!

This month brings to our fantastic GrowDiaries many updates and we are sharing some of them with you!First allow me to remind you about our competition “Diary of the Month November” with a huge prize for each of the 10 most popular diaries by the end of this month! Grow at your best and your diary could get 1 of the 10 cool rewards! Check it out on our main page! Speaking about the main page, we have some cool updates for you that will make our community even more user-friendly!

Feed

From now on, when you open GrowDiaries, you will see the Feed page, right next to the “add new diary” button (+). As soon as you open GrowDiaries, we show what was going on during the time you were busy hard working on your grows! Our feed is interactive so you can also comment and like, see photos or share ideas right from the feed! Easier than easy!

Notifications

Notifications are now smarter and more interactive! You can see the notifications when you hover the mouse on the little bell or even open them and see everything important for you so you never miss one thing! There is more. You can now follow back the growers that followed you, like or even comment from notifications!

Activity

The activity section has been updated as well, so from now on,  you will see detailed information about when and what kind of activity had the grower who’s page your seeing. Let’s say you want to see what kind of activity your favorite grower has on GrowDiaries. Well, you simply go to his Grower page, and look through the activity. You won’t miss even the smallest detail! Stay tuned!

Custom Nutrients

We added a way to add your custom nutrients and reflect them in the nutrients pie chart. So from now on, it doesn’t matter if you add rain worms or ashes from the old volcano from your back yard, it will be possible to show this in proportions and in a nice pie chart within your nutrients. You can also measure nutrients by ml/gallon or tsp/gallon (ml – milliliters; tsp – tea spoon). We hope you will surprise us with your magic mixes and share them with everybody here on GrowDiaries!

Online status, Last visit & Age on GrowDiaries

In our last update, we introduced a reputation for the grower and already many of you had passed from Newbie to Apprentice and allow us to congratulate the ones that made it! Good job Growers! Now we are introducing to you Online status for each grower, so you can see if the grower is online now or take a look at the Last visit so you know when was the grower online last time. And also, we added Age on GrowDiaries - basically it tells us when the grower registered with GrowDiaries and started growing here with all of us!

Brand follow

From now on, not only you could follow on individual growers but also, you could follow a Brand. Let’s say you want to see or know how many reports where made with a Brand (Breeders, Nutrients and so on) you can now simply follow the Brand and you will get all its activity in your feed! A cool way to always stay informed! These are all the news and updates for now, growers!
